General Hire Fees 2026/April 2027
All Bookings should be a minimum of 2 Hours
Please ensure you have booked time for setting up and clearing away before and after your event. Access to the Hall will be given just prior to your booking.
Main Hall: £25 per hour
Small Hall: £16 per hour
Both Rooms: £36 per hour
Block Booking – (Fixed rates for weekends)
Regular Users
(At least weekly or fortnightly activity) minimum 2 hours.)
Main Hall: £10 per hour
Small Hall: £8 per hour

Payment
Once your booking is confirmed a deposit of £25 must be paid for by bank transfer within 14 days. One month before the event the final payment must be paid with a damage security deposit of £100 where applicable.
Confirmation
Confirmation of Booking confirms that you agree to Fulford Village Hall’s Terms and conditions and Hire Charges.
Important Information
Please ensure you have booked time for setting up and clearing up before and after your event. At least 30 minutes prior to and 30 minutes after your event.
The Hall holds local Authority premises and Alcohol Licences plus a Public Music licence. Please contact the Halls booking secretary if you require Bar/Alcohol facilities by emailing bookings@fulfordvillagehall.org.uk
As a Voluntary Charity we ask that all Hirers ensure the Hall is left in the same condition as before your activity. If we identify any damage issues within 5 days of your hire you will be contacted to discuss and agree redemption costs.
